The Lodge
Policy
Rates: Lodge rates are based on reservation for up to 10 guests.
Additional guests are $10.00 per person per night.
Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum stay required for weekend
reservations. 1 night weekend stays are available, but
may only be booked one week in advance of the requested
date. There is no minimum stay requirement during the
weekday. Holiday stay minimum requirements can be viewed
on our "rates" page.
Reservation Deposit: $200.00 deposit via credit card
is due upon reservation. This deposit is non-refundable
30 days or less prior to scheduled stay. Discover, VISA,
and MasterCard are accepted at this time.
Damage Deposit: There is a $500.00 damage deposit required
at the point of reservation, secured by credit card or
personal check. Damage deposit will stay as a ‘hold’ status
until your stay is complete. Notification of damages will
take place prior to removal of ‘hold’ status.
Grand Cottages reserves the right to charge your credit
card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay.
If you notice any problems upon arrival, please notify
us right away.
Pets: No pets are allowed in The Lodge. On premise allowances
may be made per request and approval.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed inside The Lodge, but
you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck. There
will be a $500.00 fine plus any damages if smoking occurs
in The Lodge.
Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or have a parent/guardian
present at all times during the length of your stay.
Payment: Payment in full is due 30 days prior to your
arrival. Discover, VISA, MasterCard, personal check, and money
orders are accepted at this time.
Cancellation: No refunds 30 days or less, prior to arrival.
All cancellations prior to the 30 day deadline will be
charged a $200.00 processing fee.
Check-in: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If there
is a conflict with this time, please feel free
to contact Grand Cottages to make other accommodating arrangements.
Check-out: Check-out is 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate
if you tidy up before you leave. If there is a conflict
with this time, please fee free to contact

Amenities: Occasionally appliances, fireplaces, etc., can
malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities
as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession
for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity,
water, or other “acts of nature” that are outside
of our control will not result in a refund of any monies
paid.
Discharge: No discharge of weapons or fireworks on the
premises.
