A'Venue Whole
Unit Rental Policy
Rates: A'Venue rates are based on a 6 guest reservation.
Additional guests, $25.00 per night per person. Maximum
capacity of The A'Venue is 7 individuals.
Registration Deposit: $100.00 deposit via credit card
is due upon reservation. This deposit is non-refundable
30 days or less prior to scheduled stay. Discover,
VISA, and MasterCard are accepted at this time.
Damage Deposit: There is a $500.00 damage deposit required
at the point of reservation, secured by credit card
or personal check. Damage deposit will stay as a ‘hold’ status
until your stay is complete. Notification of damages
will take place prior to removal of ‘hold’ status.
Grand Cottages reserve the right to charge your credit
card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your
stay. If you notice any problems upon arrival, please
notify us right away.
Pets: No pets are allowed in The A'Venue. On premises
allowances may be made per request and approval.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed inside The A'Venue, but
you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck. There
will be a $500.00 fine plus any damages if smoking occurs
in The A'Venue.
Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or have a parent/guardian
present at all times during the length of your stay.
Payment: Payment in full is due 30 days prior to your
arrival. Discover, VISA, MasterCard, personal check, & money
orders are accepted at this time.
Cancellation: No refunds 30 days or less, prior to arrival.
All cancellations prior to the 30 day deadline will be
charged a $25.00 processing fee.
Check-in: Check-in is available at 4:00 p.m. If there
is a conflict correlating with this time please feel
free to contact Grand Cottages to make other accommodating
arrangements.
Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate
if you tidy up before you leave. If there is a conflict
correlating with this time please fee free to contact
Grand Cottages to make other accommodating arrangements.
Amenities: Occasionally appliances, fireplaces, etc.
can malfunction. We will service and restore these
amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any
rental concession for time without these items. Likewise,
loss of electricity, water, or other “acts of
nature” that are outside of our control will
not result in a refund of any monies paid.
